近年、お店に無断で電話をかけ続ける自動予約サービスが問題になっています。ダシバンクは違います。 実在のお客様から具体的なご予約のご依頼をいただいたときにのみお電話し、確定したご予約ごとに、 弊社がいただく手数料の一部をお店へお支払いします。お電話の停止も掲載の削除も、いつでもワンタップで承ります。 Automated services that call restaurants without permission have become a real problem in Japan. DASHIBANK works differently. We call only when a real customer makes a specific request, and on every confirmed booking we pay your restaurant a share of the fee we earn. Stop the calls or remove your listing anytime, in one tap.

私たちの約束 · OUR PROMISE

実在のお客様からご予約のご依頼をいただいたときにのみお電話いたします。営業・勧誘・販売目的でおかけすることはございません。
We call only when a real customer makes a reservation request. We never cold-call, market, or sell.

お電話口で人間のふりをすることはございません。お尋ねがあれば、実在のお客様に代わっておかけしている、ダシバンクの自動音声だと正直にお伝えいたします。
Our caller never pretends to be human. If asked, it says plainly that it is an automated assistant from DASHIBANK, calling for a real customer.

ご用件を申し上げる前にお電話が切れてしまった場合は、もう一度だけ、わかりやすい冒頭でおかけ直します。それも途中で切れた場合はそこで終了し、掲載から削除いたします。以降、AIが再びおかけすることはございません。
If the call drops before we can explain, we try once more with a clearer opening. If that is cut off too, we stop and delist you. The AI does not call again.

お出にならない・お話し中・留守番電話の場合、おかけ直しは決まった少ない回数のみ。時間帯をずらして行い、対象のご予約のお時間に余裕をもって打ち切ります。際限なくおかけし続けることはございません。
No answer, busy, or voicemail gets only a small, fixed number of retries, spaced across the day, and we stop well before the booking. Never endless dialing.

同じ用件で留守番電話を繰り返すことはございません。メッセージは最後の試行のときに短く一度だけ。お電話を止めたい場合は、お電話口でお申し付けいただくか、下の「通話を停止」よりご依頼ください。
No repeat voicemails: one short message at most, on a final attempt. To stop the calls, tell us on the call or use "Stop the calls" below.

確定したご予約ごとに、お店へのお支払いを。 A share of every booking we bring you.

弊社が確定したご予約ごとに、いただく予約手数料の一部をお店へお渡しします。確定1件あたり100〜200円で、月のご予約数に応じて増えていきます。
On every booking we confirm for you, we share part of the fee we earn: ¥100 to ¥200 per table, rising with your monthly volume.

この手数料は、お客様がご予約のためにお支払いになる金額（確定1件500円）です。お店やお客様への追加のご請求ではございません。
That fee is what the customer pays us to book (¥500 per confirmed table). It is not a charge to you or your guest.

お支払いは銀行振込です。ご登録は無料。パートナー登録より、履歴事項全部証明書のご提出と口座のご設定にお進みいただけます。
We pay by bank transfer. Joining is free: become a partner to submit your registry certificate (履歴事項全部証明書) and set up your bank details.
